VegFest Houston is a Vegan Community Festival for All Ages!

Nearly 1,600 people attended one of the most diverse vegan festivals in the country!!!

Vegan Society of PEACE VegFest Houston 2012Created, produced and hosted annually by the Vegan Society of PEACE, our vegan community festival is dedicated to "Promoting an ethical, compassionate and sustainable world for all!". VegFest Houston is open to the public and admission is free. The Premier Vegan Festival of Texas had its inaugural debut here in the nation's 4th largest city in June 2011! We are a 100% volunteer-run festival.

Our annual festival is free and open to the public. Yearly features include: Houston's superb vegan restaurants, exciting guest speakers, live music from local musicians, 'Kids Zone' and crafts, food demos, vegan vendors and services, free product samples, educational films, like-minded community booths and green businesses, plus hourly prize giveaways. The festival is held at St. Stephen's, located at 1805 W. Alabama in the historic Montrose District of Houston, Texas. Directions and a map can be found below. VegFest Houston 2012 Booth Space is Now Full.

All interest forms were reviewed by our VegFest Houston Committee to determine if applicants qualify to receive an official VegFest Houston Application & Agreement. Official Festival Application packets were mailed the first week of April. Late fees apply if payment sent after May 5. No payments accepted after May 15. All vegan food booths must have food handler permits and certificates of liability insurance -- no exceptions. No refunds given after payment is processed.
Priority given to 100% vegan entities. Interest form is not a contract, nor is it an agreement of participation. VegFest Houston and Vegan Society of PEACE reserve the exclusive right to refuse or decline any Interest Form or Application Form, for any reason.
