VegFest Houston 2014 Vegan Community Festival
VegFest Houston - The Premier Vegan Community Festival of Texas!
 "Promoting an ethical, compassionate and sustainable world for all!" Our 4th Annual VegFest Houston is on Saturday, July 19, 2014 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Held indoors with plenty of air conditioning at Pershing Middle School in the prestigious West University district of Houston! 
 FREE Admission for all ages! Open to the public! Pershing is a smoke-free campus. The campus is wheelchair and stroller accessible and there are 3 ramp entrances. Please ask a volunteer or police officer if you need assistance upon arrival. *We love animal companions, but animals are not permitted anywhere on the HISD campus. Only seeing-eye dogs are permitted by law.  Vendor Applications are officially closed! ALL Booth spaces are FULL for 2014! Applications for 2015 will open in January of next year! ***Booths who cancel less than 48 hours prior to July 19 festival will not be refunded.*** Created, produced and hosted by the Vegan Society of P.E.A.C.E., our family-friendly vegan community festival is dedicated to "Promoting an ethical, compassionate and sustainable world for all!". The Premier Vegan Festival of Texas had its inaugural debut here in the nation's 4th largest city in June 2011! We are a 100% volunteer-run festival and one of the most diverse vegan festivals in the country.
Our family-friendly annual festival is free and open to the public. Yearly features include: superb vegan restaurants, exciting vegan and abolitionist animal rights speakers, live music from local veg musicians, 'Kids Zone' and crafts, vegan food demos, vegan vendors and services, free product samples, educational films, like-minded community booths and green businesses, plus prize giveaways.   VegFest Houston is a Vegan Community Festival for All Ages!
